The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for the health and safety of employees and visitors, while providing an exceptional customer experience. This individual is accountable for the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through attractions, merchandise, staff management, inventory control, operating costs, and overall facility safety.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service, solve any issues that may arise
- Coach staff as needed
- Coordinate training of employees
- Provide positive leadership and motivation
- Enforce all policies and procedures, and oversee discipline procedures fairly and consistently

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

- Minimum of 21 years old
- Weekend and night availability required
- Bartending experience preferred

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
