Site Manager
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property
- Manage and supervise on-site staff, including leasing consultants and maintenance personnel
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to residents and prospects
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing activities as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing and resident activities
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors
- Monitor and enforce lease agreements, rules, and regulations
- Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HUD / Tax Credit property management or related field preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer software applications (Microsoft Office, OneSite)
- Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) program is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
