Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours per pay period | Monday-Friday | 8 am – 4:30 pm | Manager on Duty Rotation

Create your best self as a Resident Services Manager

In this role, you will play an essential part in assisting with resident and family communication on a small campus or on a limited portion of a larger campus. Resident Services Managers also assist residents, family members, and friends with their physical and psycho-social needs, assist with meeting resident and family needs by one-to-one visits, scheduled care conferences, resident/family meetings, and provide resources and connections to community services and education. They also assist the Executive Director/Administrator in lease signings, lease violations, tenant issues, basic tours of the community, and ongoing follow-up.
