Job Summary:
The Auction House Food Hall is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages according to recipes and standards
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation methods
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
