As a supervisor, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our food hall.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a supervisor, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- **Operations Oversight:** Collaborate with the General Manager and kitchen Manager to ensure the overall success of the food hall, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- **Team Leadership:** Lead and inspire a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring everyone's role in delivering a memorable dining experience.
- **Financial Management:** Assist in managing financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation to contribute to the food hall's profitability.
- **Guest Satisfaction:** Prioritize guest satisfaction and address inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a culture of excellence in service.
- **Inventory and Supply Management:** Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and maintain stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- **Problem Solving:** Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and making quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
