Detail-Oriented House Cleaner

We are an organic detailed cleaning crew seeking a dedicated House keeper to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning tasks and a passion for providing exceptional service to our cutie clients.

we are very meticulous residential cleaners; that being said we set ourselves aside from competition completely because we pay very close attention to the tiniest details of every space making sure everything is kept at a koa standard that each client is very used to.

what we need from you?

RELIABILITY- We can’t schedule clients for our team if you aren't here. If you routinely miss multiple times per month this job is not for you.

THE EYE- you will be trained on how we keep every house to koa standard, but it is up to you to make sure things look the way they should before deeming the house done.

A positive/good attitude-

We work with a lot of clients, a positive attitude and a professional appearance is required. Whatever is going on in your life stays at the door before walking in.

Phones down- unless you are taking before and after photos for the job, or putting on a podcast to listen to while working? Phones are prohibited. Any calls that need to be taken, will need to be done so in your car and quickly.

What we do daily on the job:

• We thoroughly train you to clean according to the process we have promised our Customers.
• Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, washing, vacuuming, mopping, and meticulous cleaning in residential and commercial settings

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bedrooms
• - Handle floor care tasks including vacuuming carpets, hardwood floors, rugs, and mopping floors
• Follow housekeeping management instructions for detailed cleaning procedures

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Experience-

- Prior experience in housekeeping, residential or commercial cleaning is needed

-A positive attitude/energy
- Familiarity with custodial duties is beneficial

-Must have valid drivers license and your own vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and time management/multitasking skills

We tend to houses all around Lakewood, Cleveland, and our surrounding cities

Days start at 830-9am during the school year and 9-930am during the summer and end by 330

430 in the summer

Weekends and big holidays off!

PAY-

Pay day is every Friday. You will be a 1099.

$15/hr train- training is 30 days work days. Pay to go up to $17 once fully trained-once you have 90 days on the job after training with no complaints on performance you will be bumped up to $19/hr with room to grow as the company grows!

I am looking for humans that would like to grow with a company, the more time put in, the more you make hourly.

• Semi-annual raise reviews ranging from $.15-$1.00/hr. based on performance and promotions.
