We have roughly a dozen full-time employees and a part-time staff of over 200 and looking for more all-stars. Responsibilities & Duties
Office
- Learn how to use the backend of Team Snap
- Able to send and effectively answer flag football emails with the flag@Koasports.org email address
- Comfortably can make flag football (camp & fall league) sales calls
- Can assist and take ownership of the flag football wearables
- Sit in on Koa’s Monday Around the Horn Meetings & once a month Sales meetings
- Assist Koa’s Flag Football Director on an as needed basis
- Master Koa’s Flag Football League Rules
- Able to officiate during flag league and enforce the rules
- Can effectively run a 30-minute pregame warm-up/practice
- Can coach a 60-minute Koa flag football 7 v 7 game
- Can effectively manage substitutions for teams with 8-11 players
- Professionally interact with Koa parents at any Koa event
- Able to engage and lead a group of campers
- Run the check in and check out procedures at summer flag football camp
- Available the weeks of July 14th & July 21st for Flag Football Camp at The Jewish Day School in Rockville, MD (8:30am-3:15 pm)
- Show up on time and in Koa gear to all events
- Run age-appropriate drills and use appropriate language
- Proficient communication; both verbal and electronic
- Can use the G-suite (google docs, sheets, etc…)
- Community building
- Can properly use a stopwatch
- Excellent problem solver
- Can lift equipment that is at least 40 pounds
- Can complete 20 continuous pushups in 30 seconds or less
