- College Field Hockey playing experience
- Field Hockey coaching experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with social media
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Great organizational skills
- Be able to lift heavy equipment and supplies
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Assist with all field hockey programs - Camps, Clinics, Rec League, Development Team and Club
- Be on the field/coach 20 hours a week
- Can be more or less depending on the season
- Design and run effective practices
- Assist with administrative tasks (equipment/wearable inventory, emailing parents/coaches, scheduling play days/tournaments etc.)
- Run and post regularly on field hockey social media account
- Occasional weekend traveling to tournaments
- Be in the office 2 days a week (8-12hrs)
- Weekly meeting with field hockey department
Part Time Hourly Position: (20-35 hours per week depending on the season)
Office Hours ($16-$18 per hour)
Coaching Hours ($25-$30 per hour)
