Job Summary
Koala ABA & Learning Centers is a pediatric-multidisciplinary clinic specializing in providing collaborative, child-centered therapy to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental needs. This role will focus on clinic-based therapy sessions with toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children, utilizing a fun, play-based approach to speech therapy.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized therapy plans to support speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication development.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote the best outcomes for children.
- Provide consultation and training to families and caregivers, fostering a collaborative therapy approach.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with clinic policies.
- Stay up to date with the latest evidence-based therapy techniques in speech-language pathology.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in our clinic.
- Address speech, language, and communication challenges using a child-centered approach.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily progress notes.
Part-Time Availability
- Monday through Friday afternoons (starting after 2 PM) – ideal for SLPAs seeking additional hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) SLPA license.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach to therapy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Compensation
- $31.00 - $36.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20hrs Part Time– 40hrs Full-Time per week
