The Field Team Supervisor will manage the daily activities of the field crew, coordinate logistics, and work closely with the Business Office to optimize operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. The goal of this role is to move into a promotion to Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities : Supervise and manage the field crew, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Required to be on the jobsite as a part of the install crew. Conduct morning meetings at the shop to review daily objectives, assign tasks, and address any concerns. Collaborate with the Business Coordinator to align field operations with overall business goals. Monitor crew performance, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are ready and available for daily operations. Work with Fleet Manager and Business Manager to ensure all fleet is maintained properly and repaired timely. Maintain clear communication with crew members, management, and other stakeholders. Address any operational issues that arise in the field and implement solutions promptly. Collect and report on field data, performance metrics, and project progress. Assist in training and hiring new crew members and promoting a positive work environment.
Qualifications : Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role, preferably in a field operations setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana and experience with CRM tools. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed in company car.
