Job Summary:
At Koala Insulation of Greenville, SC, we are looking for a motivated, skilled leader who is eager to develop and apply their skills in ways to make a positive impact to our communities. This position within the company is a leadership position and expected to consistently perform high-quality blown-in insulation services for retrofitting projects. In addition, this role is responsible for leading a crew and providing coaching to more junior installers.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
- Operations: Installs blown-in insulation and solar fans based on specifications of each job. Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation. Completes a high-quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has a high-level working knowledge of batt insulation installation and consistently performs quality checks.
- Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field.
- Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job.
- Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety. Provides instruction and training to junior team members.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

- Crew Leadership: 3 years (Preferred)
