This position within the company is expected to consistently perform high-quality insulation services in attics and crawlspaces.
We need someone that is reliable and has a work ethic. We want someone that can be trained on the installs but possesses ability to drive a truck and lead a crew now. Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
2. Operations: Drives truck and trailer. Removes and installs insulation based on specifications of each job. Install attic fans and vents.
Follows standard operation procedures with equipment set up and operation.
Completes a high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam, and batts) and consistently performs quality checks.
3. Technical: Diagnoses and resolves issues in the field.
4. Customer Service: Communicates professionally and courteously with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsite upon completion of the job. Prioritizes leaving each homeowner happy and confident in the job that was done.
5. Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality, efficiency, and safety.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot, operate, and maintain equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling.
- Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE CLEAN ENOUGH DRIVING RECORD TO BE INSURED BY COMPANY AUTO POLICY

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
