Duties

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with homeowners and promote our products and services.
• Effectively communicate the mission and goals of our organization to potential customers.
• Build rapport with residents, addressing questions and concerns while providing information.
• Collect data on community opinions and feedback to help shape future strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance canvassing skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or fundraising is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and engaging with the public in various settings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
