What You Will Do…
- Oversee the entire eCommerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Act as the primary technical resource, managing digital infrastructure and supporting B2B customers.
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems, including inventory, order management, and customer data.
- Manage API integrations and troubleshoot system errors.
- Lead technical problem-solving efforts across all digital platforms, serving as the main point of contact for technical issues and solutions.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prioritize tasks and manage projects with tight deadlines.
- Focus on enhancing the user experience to ensure the site is customer-friendly, fast, and efficient.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, including sales, discounts, and limited time offers.
- Provide direct support and resolve customer issues related to the eCommerce site.
- Optimize product information, including descriptions, images, and videos, to drive conversions.
- Analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Manage inventory and ensure integration with ERP systems.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of eCommerce strategies and initiatives.
- Craft and update content within the framework of the existing design.
