Kobe Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bartender to join our family-run business in Florida. As a Bartender, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, creating a memorable experience for our patrons. ** Listed Salary Info is our current average hourly pay rate, which includes Kobe base pay for Bartender ($11-$15 per hour) plus average shared Service Charge/Tip per hour.

Position Summary:

• Routine cleaning, set up, and breakdown of the bar
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Accept drink and food orders, checking IDs when necessary
• Keep bar supply inventories in check and report any issues promptly

Essential Functions:

• Efficiently run the bar and serve guests in all dining areas
• Operate POS systems for transactions
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning and side work requirements

Skills and Abilities:

• Availability on weekends and holidays preferred
• Outgoing personality and effective communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge of products and ingredients
