** Listed Salary Range is our current average hourly pay rate, which includes Kobe base pay for Host ($16-$18 per hour) plus average shared Service Charge/Tip per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile, escort them to their tables, and provide menus
• Manage seating requests and ensure efficient flow in the dining room
• Communicate effectively with the service staff and guests
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Promote Kobe rewards card and provide excellent customer service

Skills and Requirements:

• Availability on weekends and holidays preferred
• Act as an ambassador of company values and mission
• Work effectively in a team and provide efficient communication
• Stay organized and follow all guidelines outlined in the Kobe Employee Handbook
