*** Listed Salary Info is our current average hourly pay rate, which includes Kobe base pay for Sushi Chef ($18-$24 per hour) plus average shared Service Charge/Tip per hour.
Position Summary:
- Routine cleaning, setup, and breakdown of sushi bars
- Preparation of sushi items according to recipes and quality standards
- Interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Essential Functions:
- Availability on Weekends and Holidays preferred
- Strong knife skills and excellent communication
- Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds
Education/Qualifications:
- Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Culinary degree a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age
