Maintenance Technician – SKYFAME Program

Job Description:
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the SKYFAME Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Inspect and test equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be accepted and enrolled in the SKYCTC - SKYFAME Program
- Attend all College classes /Work opposite days of class
- Must maintain a 2.5 GPA or will be removed from program
- Must sign Kobelco 4-year Agreement once offered position
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
