- Follow Instructions: Work closely with the Production Supervisor.
- ️ Schedule Staffing: Ensure machines and workstations are fully staffed.
- Quality Control: Spot and report defects immediately.
- Documentation: Keep accurate production reports.
- Train & Audit: Help train employees and conduct process audits.
- ️ Monitor Production: Track parts, scrap, and downtime hourly.
- Promote Teamwork: Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.
- ️ Ensure Safety: Act quickly to correct or report hazards.
Requirements:
- ️ English Proficiency: Read, write, and speak English fluently.
