PM Maintenance Supervisor

• Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of maintenance for the facility. Responsible for monitoring the completion of PM’s scheduled for the day. Assists in troubleshooting and oversees the repairs of equipment as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Requires constant physical activity throughout shift (except breaks and lunch) such as walking, sitting, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, handling, near/far vision, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Responsible for preventative and corrective equipment maintenance.
• Supports the operation of the plant facility as established by the company in the areas of safety, quality assurance, reliability, and cost.
• Prioritizes work requests for mechanical repairs and all safety permits.
• Supervises maintenance and improvement of all equipment, tooling and fixtures as needed, including all electrical, programming, mechanical, and tooling repairs, over multi-shift operation.
• Oversee and participate in the preventive/predictive maintenance program for all equipment, tooling, and fixtures in facility.
• Develops and implements training, monitor completion of training, evaluates skill levels, and development of technicians.
• Responsible for cost reduction.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling energy consumption.
• Collect and create reports for tracking equipment downtime.
• Other duties as required.

Job Related Functions:

• Supervises, coaches, and trains maintenance personnel.
• Enforces company policies.
• Assures the safety of facility employees through compliance with all state and federal OSHA and EPA laws and regulations.

Responsible for Kaizen and 5S.

Educational Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance.
• Skilled in electrical and mechanical repairs, hydraulics/pneumatics, PLC controls (preferred), project management, and equipment layout and installation.

Salary : $65 - $75
