Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Collaborate with architects and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualize and develop interior design concepts for high-end hotels, multi-family residential and hospitality projects.
- Create detailed design plans, including furniture layouts, material selections, color schemes, and lighting plans.
- Source and select furnishings, fabrics, and finishes that align with the project's vision and budget.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure designs meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders during the implementation phase.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess progress and address any design-related issues that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.
- Contribute to client presentations, showcasing design concepts and addressing feedback effectively.
- Uphold the firm's commitment to excellence and deliver exceptional design solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an interior designer with a focus on hotels and hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and finishes relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- A portfolio showcasing successful hotel and hospitality design projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.

This is an in-person postion based in Wynwood, Miami (Not remote/virtual/hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
