What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Apartment Maintenance position at Koble Investments, LLC?
Koble Investments is an apartment management company.
Must have maintenance experience. Must have valid drivers license. Must be willing to use personal smart phone.
- Have a working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Maintain and store tools and supplies in an orderly, secure manner.
- Possess working knowledge of general repairs including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, flooring, drywall, painting, lawn care, doors and windows, etc.
- Complete regular maintenance as set by supervisor.
- Maintain timelines for task completion as agreed upon with supervisor.
- Complete unit cleaning and maintenance before next occupancy starts, following a tenant leaving their residency.
- Seasonal duties: Complete snow removal and salting/sanding within 24 hours at required units after a snow, Sunday-Saturday.
- Do mowing as needed at all properties during the summer.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Treat all clients, co-workers and contacts with dignity and respect.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
