Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perform thorough market research to identify potential leads and target relevant industries / verticals
Engage with potential clients using research, creativity, and analysis to craft and deliver tailored prospecting emails, phone calls, and social media messaging
Qualify leads, both inbound and outbound, based on predetermined criteria to set up appointments for the sales team
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building efforts
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies to ensure a seamless handoff process between teams
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Leverage technology stack (ex. Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc.) to maintain high internal data quality
Qualifications
Interested in the field of professional sales and selling
Self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable with cold outreach – calling, emailing, on-site visits, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients
Willing to learn and be coached – we will mentor, develop, and train you
Experience in sales is a plus, not required
