Overview
We are searching for a dynamic, highly motivated Customer Service Associate specializing in Distributor and Retail Orders. This candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth order processing, effective communication with distributors and retail partners, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the position include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):
- Receive, review, and process distributor and retail orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with Accounting department to resolve credit issues
- Monitor sales and transfer orders for accuracy and timeliness
- Work closely with warehouses to resolve issues on deliveries
- Communicate order status, availability to customers promptly and professionally
- Organize daily order transmissions
- Participate in physical inventory counts of all products stored in the warehouse
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of order entry or inventory ordering experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent computer skills are a MUST (MS Office 365 Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of supply chain process and Microsoft Dynamics BC365 a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Some lifting or physical activity may be necessary
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000 and $60,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
