As a Billing Support Specialist, you will provide critical administrative support to the Billing/Settlements Department, ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes while delivering outstanding service to our customers and team members.

What does this job look like daily?
- Retrieve missing load paperwork from drivers and receivers.
- Monitor the Unbilled Loads Report to identify and resolve paperwork gaps.
- Generate customer invoices, adhering to invoicing methods and customer contract requirements.
- Audit data, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate invoice rates.
- Monitor workflows and index documents to loads accurately.
- Oversee invoice printing and assist Accounts Receivables with resolving billing disputes.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, providing information and documentation to customers.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
What do you need to do this job?
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 years of office experience with Excel proficiency; 2 years of office experience with accounts receivable or billing exposure is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- 10-key proficiency and adaptability with software platforms.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

About the Role
This role is office-based, with regular working hours but may include earlier or later meetings to accommodate different schedules. The salary grade for this position ranges from $22.31 - $30.36 hourly. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $22.50 - $24.00 per hour.
