Business Systems Analyst (BSA)

Your Job We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) at Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) to support our global Marketing & Communication capability.

You will play a key part in orchestrating user experiences across our digital marketing platforms by supporting various marketing technologies to create a cohesive system that is externally facing for customers, candidates, and new leads / contacts. Our Team This role will report through the IT Organization, but provide full time support to the Marketing team, who are dynamic, innovative, and value collaboration and technological proficiency.

The role will also work closely with other departments such as Sales and Customer Support.

A successful candidate will be a proactive communicator and skilled collaborator, able to integrate across functions. What You Will Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Marketing application portfolio.
• Responsible for documentation, technical support and troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance and data security within the portfolio.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to translate strategic requirements into technical solutions, supporting the successful execution of multi-channel campaigns and ensuring technology enables marketing goals.
• Design and implement marketing technology solutions that align with business objectives, integrating platforms to enhance user experience, personalization, and campaign performance.
• Stay current on technologies and best practices, ensuring that we are leveraging the best knowledge to achieve success.
