What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions / Guest Relations position at Koch Family Entertainment LLC?
Description
Team Members greet Guests, sell tickets, and assist Guests with questions, comments, and concerns. Team Members enforce rules, verify valid tickets, and allow Guests park entry through the front gate. Team Members will also be assisting lost children, parents, and lost items in the park.
Requirements
In order to be employed at Alabama Adventure & Splash Adventure:
- you must be at least 16 years old
- able to work legally in the United States of America
- adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- have reliable transportation to and from the park
Most jobs are outdoors and require standing or walking for the entire shift. All jobs require keeping the park and workplace clean.
