We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team at Alabama Adventure and Splash Adventure. As the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Culinary, Retail, and Warehouse departments, ensuring optimal revenue generation and operational efficiency. Your expertise in revenue management, strategic planning, and team leadership will play a crucial role in driving the financial success of our parks.

Responsibilities:

Revenue Management:

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all revenue streams, including culinary, retail, and warehouse operations.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities and recommend pricing strategies.
• Utilize data-driven insights to forecast demand, set pricing levels, and optimize revenue through effective yield management techniques.

Department Oversight:

• Supervise and provide strategic guidance to the Culinary, Retail, and Warehouse departments, ensuring their efficient operation and alignment with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to establish revenue targets, performance metrics, and operational standards, regularly reviewing and evaluating their progress.
• Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and revenue-focused mindset among departmental teams, driving them to achieve revenue goals while maintaining high-quality standards and safety.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct regular financial analysis to monitor revenue performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare comprehensive revenue reports, forecasting models, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other park departments, such as Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to develop integrated strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to develop promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and revenue-driving initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Coordinate with the Operations department to ensure smooth operational flow, optimize resource allocation, and maximize revenue potential across all areas of the park.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing revenue team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and revenue optimization by encouraging the exploration and implementation of new revenue generation ideas and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (recommended, not required).
• Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue-focused role within the hospitality, entertainment, or amusement park industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue management techniques, pricing strategies, and yield management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities to work effectively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
