Shipping Clerk

Koch Fertilizer Enid, LLC is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team in Enid, Oklahoma. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of our growing organization, facility, and support structure.

This position works a rotating 12-hour shift including weekends, holidays and overtime when needed or scheduled.

Our Team

Koch Fertilizer, Enid is a leading nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing company that focuses on supplying various nitrogen fertilizer products to customers across North America.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate customers picking up various fertilizer products utilizing the plant's loading system
• Coordinate delivery drivers with plant contact information
• Maintain Safety Orientation program with all visitors, contractors, and drivers
• Maintain driver files with current required information
• Coordinate rail billing
• Follow government guidelines for proper shipment of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous product
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word programs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience working in a customer service or a shipping environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces at times
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions at times

What Will Put You Ahead

• 1 years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience with data collection computer programs
