What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Controller (Poultry Plant) position at Koch Foods, Inc.?

Assist in financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Plant, Feed Mill, Hatchery, and Breeder/Broiler operations.
Help oversee the plant and live operations accounting staff.
Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, preparing and reporting financial performance.
Assist in monthly closing process, and creation of performance and financial reports.
Monitor and report cost drivers, operational performance and variances to stated standards.
Assist with general ledger, identifying fluctuations and root causes.
Mentor, coach and train employees, encouraging career development while providing consistent feedback.
Additional relevant duties as assigned. indhp
