This is a salary non-exempt role.
- Responsible for preparing payroll.
- Support daily payroll activities, along with time and attendance for hourly employees.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, organizing, and distributing materials.
- Maintain general and confidential personnel files.
- Organize and store term files and payroll files in storage area.
- Process pay increases.
- Prepare and review clock reports with supervisors for payroll processing.
- Input deductions, direct deposits, etc.
- Any other duties or special projects as assigned. INDHP
- 1 year experience processing payroll required; preferrably within a large manufacturing facility.
- Excellent technology and computer knowledge and experience.
- Professional demeanor with ability to keep sensitive material to yourself.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills preferred.
