- Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or other related field of study preferred.
- 1 year leadership and/or supervisory experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
- General knowledge of poultry plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.
- Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.
