  • Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities and efforts of the complex in order to produce profitable, quality products within a safe environment and in a timely manner that meets the needs of the customer.
  • Coordinate production units to achieve company-wide and individual complex goals with a minimum amount of waste or rework.
  • Establish complex objectives, identifying the requirements to meet production needs.
  • Provide leadership and direction in establishing a safe environment and a "Good Neighbor" policy with the community.
  • Provide direction and assist in the development of managers for promotion to higher levels of responsibility.
  • Evaluate capital projects to determine feasibility.
  • Approve all salaried hires, overseeing complex's salaries and wages.
  • Responsible for food safety, food quality, and legality.
  • All other relevant duties as assigned. indhp
  • Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science or other related field of study required
  • 10 years experience in poultry industry
  • 3 years experience in Feed Mill, Hatchery, Grow-out and Plant Operations
  • Expert computer skills and knowledge of creating and formulating spreadsheets.
