What are the responsibilities and job description for the Complex Manager (Poultry Industry) position at Koch Foods?
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities and efforts of the complex in order to produce profitable, quality products within a safe environment and in a timely manner that meets the needs of the customer.
Coordinate production units to achieve company-wide and individual complex goals with a minimum amount of waste or rework.
Establish complex objectives, identifying the requirements to meet production needs.
Provide leadership and direction in establishing a safe environment and a "Good Neighbor" policy with the community.
Provide direction and assist in the development of managers for promotion to higher levels of responsibility.
Evaluate capital projects to determine feasibility.
Approve all salaried hires, overseeing complex's salaries and wages.
Responsible for food safety, food quality, and legality.
All other relevant duties as assigned. indhp
Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science or other related field of study required
10 years experience in poultry industry
3 years experience in Feed Mill, Hatchery, Grow-out and Plant Operations
Expert computer skills and knowledge of creating and formulating spreadsheets.
