Feed Mill Dispatcher

DOLLARS AND CENTS:

• Starting pay is $ 21.75/hour (with attendance bonus) and increases with experience and education.

• You will participate in the " on call" weekend rotation.
• You are responsible for feed trucks leaving the feed mill and inventory of feed for shipment.
• Create and provide reports for feed inventories, ensuring payment of invoices of returns.
• Weigh trucks delivering feed to the farms.
• Ensure collection of feed samples from trucks.
• Maintain log of deliveries into the feed mill on a daily basis and enter data into Repete Program.
• Track bin inventory and variances for feed.
• Print, copy and distribute all tickets to Penske drivers and Feed Coordinator for processing.
• Follow all flush and Bio-security procedures as set by Nutritionist and management.

• Ideally you'll have an Associates Degree or technical schooling.
• You must be proficient with technology, computers and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of delivery systems, preferably M-Tech Software.
• Must possess excellent communication, organization and time-management skills.

• You will be working in a Feed Mill manufacturing facility for poultry farms.

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
