•    Must be able to read and write English.
•    Must follow all Company and departmental work and safety Policies and Procedures.
•    Process and submit employee time and attendance in the ADP Time system.
•    Process eggs set, chicks hatched, and chick placement records in MTech daily.
•    Send out Placement Detail Reports from Mtech daily.
•    Complete the Weekly Hatchery Cost Report.
•    Complete other weekly reports for conference calls.
•    Communicate with and submit data to vendors.
•    Request invoices.
•    Work with the Hatchery Manager and Assistant Manager to obtain all necessary accounting information. Obtain authorizations.
•    Keep weekly files of all source documents and reports.
•    Fill in as back up to the Forest Hatchery Clerk.
•    Cross-Train with other positions withing the department.
•    Box up files each year for storage.
•    Be self-motivated and utilize good time management skills.
•    Other duties as assigned by management.

•    Excellent data entry skills required.
•    Preferred ability to type 50 wpm.
•    Great organizational and office skills.
•    Above average knowledge/experience in Excel is required.
•    Must have strong analytical skills along with critical thinking skills.
•    Detail oriented.
•    Self-starter. Deadline driven. 
•    Must have great communication skills and be a team player.
•    Must be able to operate a 10-key calculator, as well as all other office equipment.
•    Preferred ability for 10-key is 8,000 KPH.
•    Knowledge of Poultry Industry/Poultry Accounting preferred but not required.
•    Reports to Live Accounting Manager.

• You will be working in a typical office setting within a poultry manufacturing facility.
• You'll be working with office equipment everyday.
