Koch Capabilities is seeking an Administrative Partner to provide administrative and project-specific support for our Fertilizer business. This position involves extensive contact with various levels of internal personnel as well as external customers. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work collaboratively with customers and admin peers. The candidate must be naturally curious, a continuous learner and advance in the adoption of existing and new technology to find ways of automating and simplifying work processes. This role is based in Wichita, KS and works a 5 day a week onsite schedule.

What You Will Do
- Assist in supporting floor office duties such as mail distribution, shipments, identifying facilities related items
- Room scheduling, catering, badge access, and evacuation coordinator duties
- Perform and extensive array of administrative tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, order office and tech equipment, etc.
- Coordinate large meetings and events that includes internal and external attendees in remote offices
- Act as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator as the first contact for the team. Working with office support capabilities such as IT, AV, Facilities, Ambassadors.
- Reconciling purchasing card statements and preparing expense reports
- Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements; this includes obtaining proper visas for entry into certain countries and renewing passports as needed
- Calendaring support for large and/or complex meetings
- Manage promotional item purchasing and inventory for customer appreciation events and sales team
- Providing support to additional Administrative Partners
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in Microsoft Office products and comfortable answering questions and assisting others as needed
- Experience with scheduling within Microsoft Outlook and virtual meeting tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, bringing a positive customer focus mindset and ability to build meaningful relationships
- Experience independently initiating tasks and successfully completing with minimal supervision.
- Experience utilizing strong organization skills, managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks with a high attention to detail
- Experience planning and executing events and managing small projects
