Driver Settlements Specialist | Minneapolis, MN | $26.00 - $29.00/hr

Using various software platforms, you’ll process weekly settlements, reconcile payroll-related deductions, and support drivers with any payroll-related questions. Hiring Range: $26.00 - $29.00/hr (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do

As a Driver Settlements Specialist, you’ll:

• Process and reconcile driver wages, deductions, and benefits
• Maintain and update payroll data for new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments
• Ensure accuracy in calculating bonuses, paid time off, holiday pay, and reimbursements
• Manage pay schedules and deduction tracking for company benefits and expenses
• Provide direct support to drivers and managers, answering payroll-related questions
• Maintain accurate electronic payroll documentation for audits and reporting
• Work closely with accounting, operations, and lease purchase teams
• Learn and navigate various payroll and settlement systems, including TMW and UKGPro

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for a team member who has:

• Required:
  • 2 years of payroll or accounts receivable experience
• Preferred:
  • 2 years of payroll or accounts receivable experience in the transportation industry
  • Associate degree in Accounting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of data accurately
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet weekly payroll deadlines
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Team-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach

About the Role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $25.24 to $34.80/hr. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
