Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with a small sales team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy building customer relationships. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain connections between salespeople and customers.
- Update CRM software with customer details.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Quoting:
- Assist sales team in creating quotes and sourcing materials.
- Stay updated on product information.
- Ordering:
- Track and manage order flow to job sites.
- Use BisTrack to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with dispatch for deliveries and pickups.
- Customer Service:
- Provide support throughout the purchasing process.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Answer phone calls and, if needed, deliver materials to job sites.
Requirements
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in computer tools (Google Suite, quoting tools, inventory systems a plus)
- Punctual and reliable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
