In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth by introducing businesses and organizations to our premium custom apparel, paper products, and merchandise solutions. You will manage a designated territory, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate closely with our team to deliver exceptional value to customers.
The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, all while reflecting our commitment to outstanding service and community involvement.
This is a commission only position and commissions are untapped. Your earning potential is limitless!

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a designated territory to maximize sales opportunities for Kocreators’ high-quality custom merchandise and apparel solutions.
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations, showcasing the superior craftsmanship and brand alignment we offer.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to tailor sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, emphasizing our commitment to competitive pricing, fast turnaround times, and satisfaction guarantees.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking new business prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and community initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in territory sales, B2B sales, or custom merchandise sales is preferred.
- Strong background in account management and fostering client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
