Senior IT Recruitment Consultant

After opening our Miami office late 2023 and a really successful 2024, we are looking to grow the team with experienced recruiters.
Senior IT Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify and represent candidates across the US and introduce them to new jobs
- Target and win new clients to help with their hiring needs
- Work to monthly and quarterly KPI's and targets
- Be accountable for day/ week plans and goals
- Use Bullhorn to accurately code and track your days
- Be confident on the phone, calling candidates and clients daily
Senior IT Recruitment Consultant requirements:
- 2 years experience in recruitment, either BD or Delivery
- Experience ideally in tech recruitment but we are happy to train people from other industries
- Ideally you will have built or owned your own vertical or market previous
- Strong track record of consistent outputs (resumes, interviews, new jobs etc)
