Position Overview:
KODA Technologies is looking for a Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry team
- Provides technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA's Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate
- Develop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant experience
- Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Systems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules
- Experience with Technical performance assessments, Risk analysis, and mitigation development
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and 8 years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes
