We are looking for a Senior UX Designer at Koddi to join our product and technology team. As a UX designer, you will take ownership of the visual and functional aspects of our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to create elegant, user-friendly experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding and become an expert of Koddi's customers and competitive landscape to inform design decisions.
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to both inform and validate design concepts
- Build cross-functional alignment around your designs and design decisions
- Hold the line on fit, finish, polish and craft Improve our UX processes : design critiques, retrospectives, etc.
- Make Koddi's products so much better that the difference can be seen from space
