Revenue Cycle Management Lead
Location: USA (Remote)
Duration: Fulltime
Job Description:
- Ability to lead a team of 10 associates spread across offshore/onshore
- Ability to manage customer relationships and handle escalations with adequate resolution tactics and reporting mechanisms
- Monitor & ensure adherence to contractual SLAs/KPIs to meet compliance and avoid penalties
- Ability to handle operational tickets ex Incidents, Service Requests, change Requests & Problems belonging to the team's resolver groups
- Participate and drive daily/weekly operational calls with the team, with the customer ensuring seamless communications
- Monitor and coordinate on-call schedules for the team
- Participate in Major Incident Bridges along with the on-call analyst to ensure Major incident is being handled in the right way and steer in right direction of resolution
- Participate and ensure change request approvals and attend Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as necessary
- Exposure to revenue Cycle applications a few mentioned below
