What will this position do?
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to help ensure we meet the needs of our customers, both internally and externally. This role will help manage internal sales documents, set up new items in external data systems, and act as a liaison between the sales and other departments. This role will also be responsible for sending samples of our new products to our customers and retailers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Build and Own the Sales Samples Process :
Coordinate the timely preparation and shipping of sales samples to customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each shipment
Support item management set up and auditing with data partners including 1WorldSync, SPINs, and Label Insights.
Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare for food trade shows by organizing and creating materials, and submitting orders for samples and shippers

An ideal candidate will be a motivated individual looking to make a positive impact within the sales team. Someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. We would like this person to be willing to challenge the status quo and help drive process improvement within the sales team.
