Position Overview
As an Auto Claims Administrator, you will assist the Claims Manager in tracking open auto claims, facilitating communication with adjusters and operating companies, and managing key documentation to support investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the auto claims database.
- Develop and monitor Plans of Action for all open claims.
- Summarize and upload claim-related reports.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external carriers.
- Serve as the backup for the Claims Manager on auto-related matters.
- Take on additional tasks or special projects as needed.
