Job Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing system designs.
- Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a strong focus on job site safety.
- Use hand and power tools proficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, and plumbing system modifications.
- Prepare for installations by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and anticipating challenges.
- Interact with customers, documenting work and maintaining accurate records.
- Stay current on manufacturers' products related to installation, operation, and repair.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Ability to plan, layout, and install drain systems, domestic water systems, natural gas systems, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, kitchen equipment, and elevator sump pumps.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
