We are seeking a skilled Heating Estimation Director to join our team at KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimating department, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the estimating team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve estimating processes, implementing changes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 10 years' commercial experience in heating estimation or completion of an approved apprenticeship program followed by 3 years' experience as a Journeyman.
- At least 10 years prior estimating experience, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects and teams.
