HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager

Position Description
- Oversee HVAC projects from planning through execution.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with clients and subcontractors.
- Degree in mechanical engineering or related field experience in HVAC project management.
The Ideal Candidate
- Four-year technical education in HVAC, engineering, or construction management preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience directly managing projects.
- Ability to effectively read and understand mechanical plans, specifications, and construction bulletin details.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer and Microsoft application skills.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, and work well under pressure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
