Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Lead all project phases, ensuring appropriate staffing and keeping timelines on track.
• Material Management: Negotiate material pricing, coordinate purchasing, and ensure timely delivery of tools and equipment.
• Budget Control: Monitor budgets, manage costs, and achieve financial goals.
• Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and suppliers while serving as their primary point of contact.
• Team Leadership: Guide field supervisors, superintendents, and foremen through pre- and post-project meetings while motivating your team.
• Compliance: Ensure all permits, insurance, bonds, and change orders are properly documented and inspections are completed.
• Site Inspections: Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, address challenges, and uphold safety standards.
