Senior Project Manager
Location: Beasley, TX
Position Overview:
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial manufacturing and project execution? Our Beasley, TX facility is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects, ensure budgetary alignment, and drive excellence in project planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and document the full project scope, objectives, and desired outcomes in coordination with the PMO Office.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing escalations and expectations.
- Ensure budget adherence and proper allocation based on project scope.
- Work closely with executive leadership to align project planning and execution with business objectives.
- Manage team hiring, training, and coaching, ensuring the right talent is in place.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMO team and ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead resource planning, allocation, and optimization for project success.
- Evaluate project performance, leveraging analytics and dashboards to drive insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering degree preferred).
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in project management or as a product owner.
- Expertise in PMP methodologies/frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Pump skids and electrical systems experience preferred.
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in analytics and dashboard reporting.
